Sunday Supper - Smothered Chicken & Cheesy Potato Casserole

Yum!  I'm pretty excited for today's Sunday Supper recipe.

I've never made Smothered Chicken and Cheesy Potato Casserole before but it has to be good.  Has to be!  How can you go wrong with chicken, cheese and potatoes?

    I thought it was pizza at first! Pizza sounds like a good idea but we have to eat up all my lentil soup first.

    LOL - I thought it was pizza too (and I love bacon on pizza)! I think that would be too much cheese for me though (and I am weird and don't like cheese with meat - no cheeseburger for me or cheese steak either). Let us know how it was!! Any baby?????
