Sunday Supper - Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"It might choke Artie, but it won't choke Stymie!"

 Sorry.  I had to get that Little Rascals quote out of the way.  Our family has a bad habit of quoting movies and TV shows and it's not possible to say the word, "artichoke" without also quoting Stymie.

It's Sunday Supper and despite swearing we'd never go back to Applebee's after a recent visit, we all still love their spinach and artichoke dip.  And this recipe promises to be similar.  The recipe comes from Allrecipes.com and I sure hope they are right.

    I love that stuff. I used to make it for family gatherings and it was always a hit. That was before Daughter was diagnosed with Celiacs. Now I just do a veggie plate. No fun there.

    That looks delicious. We also like Applebees dip. We've sworn off Olive Garden after a recent visit reminded us of why we don't go there.
