Sunday Supper - Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Okay, okay.  Today's Sunday Supper recipe is actually going to be for breakfast.  Although, if it tastes as good as it looks, it might end up being dinner too.

    Umm, how did you know I have blueberries in my house. And I am searching for ways to use them. Blueberry pancakes for breakfast this morning, blueberry muffins tonight. Are you spying on me?
